Impossible to cancel a contract after numerous years of loyal service.
Adding another review as the previous one shows as responded but never resolved.

So you finally cancelled the contract on 10/08/2021 and I have a Hellopeter complaint since May with no refund.
Pro rata of payment that's more than double the subscription amount?
I am logging a ******** case as no refund yet received and I have spoken to consultants this month promising a refund.
