Impossible to cancel

Every time i try the call center i am passed around until the line goes dead, trying to reach the cancellations department... I keep getting put through to the "wrong department" continuously then when i finally get to request i am asked what is wrong and why i want to cancel. I state my reason, i request a cancelation and the line goes dead. I refuse to attempt it for a 4th time. I think 3 is a pattern and very suspicious. Unacceptable in my opinion
