Impossible service desk
Cell C Sim Cards do not register and no number is assigned. So The help desk is usable to get support. No help on website. This is the second sim card. Cell C shop blame the first as a faulty sim. 2 months with out phone.

The Sim number ***
C 6208 W13.1 (don't know of this on the sim helps)
The sim is currently not in a device.
I bought a registered sim (Rica on somebody else) but at least I have a number
The question is
Where is the 0 option to talk to an operator on the helpdesk if you have no reference telephone number.
Secondly where is the instructions to manually register a sim.
Not on the printed papers with the sim, Neither on your web site. This is blunt
I phone is a Sumsung Galaxy A25. I believe the OS have a problem to do the auto registration.
But with no help from Cell C who will know
