Impossible cancelation

Hi. My name is Tsakani Mashava. I took out a contract for my daughter. At the end of the contract term I retained the contract on a month to month basis. Around May I requested a cancelation because the nature of the minutes restrictive because the vast portion is for cell c to cell c numbers. The first time I tried canceling the consultant was rude and claimed I had failed security checks. Today the 11th of July I was told that my contract is 24 months and I need to give a month's notice. I asked to serve the notice from today and according to them that is not possible. Hopefully the 3rd time will be the charm I need to end this horrible relationship. Think twice before you do business with them.
