Impossibility to cancel contract.
Very frustrated - Trying to cancel my overpriced month-to-month contract and Cell C is making it impossible. App cannot cancel, tried to phone call center where you hold on indefinitely, went to a Cell C store whom advised they cannot help with cancelling right now, to come back on 01/08/2020 when they will help to contact the call center - Whilst the lady there was kind and professional, Cell C has set them up to fail!!! This is against the CPA! Unless Cell C contacts me I will be doing a stop debit and take them on in court should my unblemished credit record be prejudiced due to their immoral processes.

The applicable number I'd like to cancel is a data only month-to-month contract - ***.
I believe there is a 30 day cancellation period, and as such I hereby give instruction to cancel this service immediately. As such the last day of the contract will be 09/08 - As such my last amount payable on this number should be a pro-rata amount of about R44.70.
I'll await your advises.
