Impolite staff members

The consultants,team members, representatives of this third party for Cell C ( Neptunes something) they are rude, inhuman and blasphemous. They have been calling me since morning, even after I told them I cannot afford what they are offering and that their calls are taking too much time, I have just given birth and in hospital with a 3 days baby they continuously ignored me, became arrogant and rude - Especially Karabo who just called me literally gave me a piece of her mind by questioning me and just impounding words on me and telling me about my time.
