Immediate upgrade

I have recently upgraded/migrated from a unlimited package to include two additional lines. My upgrade, I was told would be immediate and the balance of the handset would still be owed until August 2019. With this total I would still be able to make provision for the two new lines. After major issues, my upgrade was not immediate and I am still being billed for the unlimited package. I was advised poorly and my benefits did not effect immediately. At a great loss. I was happy with Cell C but after this, I would need to reconsider.
