imei number

This is so unbelievable though. I call cell sometimes last to ask for proof of purchase. They send me de blur one but it has an imei number. I was taking my handset to samsung as the screen was broken. At samsung they were unable to see the imei number,i couldn't see it too because it was blurry. I went to midrand cell c outlet,i was given de one that doesn't have an imei number. Was told i will write it wit my hand. Like really? De outlet called their call centre but they sent us de very same thing. I was at de shop for 2 hours waiting for a wrong thing,my goodness. May i please have a proof of phur hase that have an imei number pleaseee. I cant write on de page dat u guys sent me as its gonna look ****. The consultant even sent me de imei number by sms.really,omg. I have an imei number i need a PROOF OF PURCHASE WIT AN IMEI NUMBER...if dats impossible den Jesus can come.. Am very dissapointed.
