Imcompetance

I had a ****le contract which I went to cell c in Phoenix plaza and requested it to be cancelled. I was told to pay 1 month subs and 370 in order to have this contract cancelled. Now after more than 4 months they still debitting my account. When you phone the customer service they can't help. Eventually I was told to go to legal. After numerous calls and holding on for hours a guy answered explained to him jus cuts me off and put me back to customer service. Same story doesn't know what's going on. She asks for my details picks up my details on their system then wants my name and details etc., but cant help me sort out the problem. Absolutely *********** and useless.
