im very disappointed in cell c i took a router with them 3 months back i paid for the 1st month through my capitec app and i paid for the second and third month so my payment did not reflect when i checked i saw i didn't write my reference i only wrote my initials so i called then and asked for the email address to email my 2 proof of payment they gave me the email and I've emailed them my proofs they responded saying they got it and i should email my id number they never got back to me i called again they gave me new email address i did send again they responded saying they acknowledge the proof they will allocate it accordingly but to this date they never unblocked my router im very disappointed 😠😠😠
