Im still waiting for feedback from Cell C

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disappointed with the bad service Cell c has given regarding my account, I have been with Cell and never have I received such treatment and I’m very much upset. I have just received an sms advising my line will be closed today. I wrote to Hello peter for assistance and yet no one bothered coming back to me or even send me any communication regarding my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tell your agents to stop calling regarding an upgrade until this mess is sorted out, Cell C clearly does not care about their customers since even their customer service department as just as unprofessional. I called customer care yesterday and asked for my recording the lady took my contact details and said she will call me back with manager and until today they still have not call me back nor have they made any communication. I am going to take this further as I see one cares about our rights but they care about our money.</p> <p>My number is ********** 753 and email address is ********** should anyone bother them self this time making contact.</p> <p> </p>
