I'm so disappointed with Cell c and very unhappy....They poor system and bad customer service even during that contract they deducted more than 3 MONTHS

I'm very much disappointed with Cell c I wouldn't advice anyone to take out contract with them. But I'm not letting this go…..Please don’t trust Cellc call centre for Cellphone upgrade online….I am very disappointed with Cell-c Service while I have been a good client for more than 10 years. However this year early February 2019 I was about to do upgrade like usually and I was offered HUAWAI P20 LITE by the Lady name HLENGIWE this took more than 7 working day the parcel wasn’t deliver on my surprise trying to call them back to find out she never done upgrade. Although they end debiting my account for R768.86 to find out I am in arrears to my surprise for than 3 months while every months they are debiting on account and I have evidence on my bank statement. They poor system and bad customer service even during that contract they deducted more than 3 MONTHS Currently I spoke with Teams Shaun, Adrian and Shimonia they guys are not helping to pay me back money plus my upgrade cell phone 20 Lite
