I'm sick and tired of being sent around by rude customer service agents

I'm sick and tired of being sent around by rude customer service agents.

I had a phone contract with them, which I paid off, closed and converted it into a Pay as you go last year October (11 months ago). That was all fine but it still shows as Active under my credit record.

I called them multiple times last week to fix this with the Credit Bureau and after being sent up and down for 2 days, I finally spoke to someone who understood what I was saying. He said they will send me a "Paid up letter" and inform the Credit bureau. It's been a week now and neither has been done.
