Im listed on Cell C's red flag list

Good day, Im very furious and iritable with Cell Ce staff. I wanted to take out a contract, past Saturday at Southgate Shopping Mall branch, to my suprise I was listed on Cell C's red flag system. However, I find this very odd and strange, since 2006 no correspondence ever since re my billing of my account with Cell C. Only when I enquired yesterday(4th February 2016) about why I cant have a contract that's where I was told that I owe R3800. This account was settled, 10years ago. Why didnt I get any notifications then, If i can recall clearly Cell C is a service provider and communications leader. This matter was supposed to be closed long ago. Why did I get approvals to all my current accounts, loan offers- yet this *********** person never updated my status on Cell C's systems back then...<br> <br> Unhappy customer & Furious
