I’m extremely annoyed that Cell C is so ******* to an extent of blocking services for an account that is paid monthly, the recent payment of 400 was made on the 5th September 2024, my mother’s account is a playground for Cell C , they keep deleting R69 multiple times and yet the contract that she signed for a cell phone is R400 monthly, but every month they keep sending messages that she owed R469, I’ve reported this several times and it seems like it falls on deaf ears therefore I will expose them and DIE THEM GOR *****ULENT DEDUCTIONS AND CREATING UNNECESSARILY BANK CHARGES WHICH THEY SHOULD ACCOUNT FOR I WILL LEAVE NO STONE UNTIURNED ***

THIS I ANNOYING AND ********** TO KEEP DEBITING R 67 and R 900 multiple times and your CEO DOUGLASS SOLOMONS SHOULD ACCOUNT FOR BANK CHARGES, the deduction date was moved to the 6th of rack month because your agent at Maponya mall refused to cancel debit order and the contract amount is R400 so I fail to understand why the amount keeps increasing every month
