I'm done with Cellc
June 2018 I paid off two contract phones at cellc I asked for one to be cancelled (prepaid) while I upgrade on the other number ( ********** 916) On the 10th of December I called cellc because only then I found out that I was still paying for the P9lite that I had paid off in June I was given a reference number that my issue is been looked at ( ********** 287) I was only updated on the 11th of December that the Randfontein cellc branch needs to email a letter explaining what really happened on the day I upgraded after that I was never contacted for an update I called cellc again yesterday and I was told that the reference I gave does not appear on their side
