I'm done with Cell C

Why is Cell C denoting my account 2 months after I requested it must be closed off? And the consultant I spoke with played trick with me when he said for him to close my account he must open up the limit but the can't charge me anything is only a procedural means for him to be able to close the account. He repeatedly assured me that because I didn't understand why is that so_and also gave me assurance that June Mine is the last debit order date as a month cancellation notice is needed. Fast forward, now in August, cell c did it again, debited my account and now they claim I requested to close my account in July not June. While the last call in made to cell c in July was to ask why my remaining data cannot be used evethough the contract was already cancelled. Now I'm also being told my account might still be debited going forward though my account has been officially cancelled because I re quested to download games from cell c. Now I ask myself, how can I request to do download games when the contract with Cell was only the allocation of WiFi router with the allocation of data. WOW CELL C IS REALLY AMAZING AND THEIR CONSULTANT CAN BE GOOD SPIN DOCTOR WHILE HIDING BEHING "OUR CONVERSATION IS RECORDED" YET WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE RECORD THEY RUN AROUND THE CYCLE.

My contract was for 20 gig (5g- day and 15 mid-night) at R200.00 a month but for the whole 24 months plus July I paid R250.00 and now in August is R314.26. So it remains to be seen how much I will pay in September, for the games that I never downloaded or requested to download. This is utter violation of consumer's rights and I urge people to think twice before taking a contract with cell c.
