I'm desperate
I'm not happy, I'm furious bought data through absa app of 1599, nothing in my phone, I need to work, I'm at the verge of getting a written warning because I work from home and can't be connected on the internet, can cell c please get this sorted out

03 Mar 2022, 13:42No I did not get a confirmation message, nothing. I've been to absa and I got a reference number and I'm expected to wait for 3 days. Cell c claims only absa should give me a refund after I've sent them full proof of my purchase and confirmation that money left my account to cell c. I can't loose my job over this nonsense. I'm sorry I'm really not okay
