Im a business customer of Cell C and app**** for 2 laptops for my business via my customer Business agent on the 9th of June
Im a business customer of Cell C and app**** for 2 laptops for my business via my customer Business agent on the 9th of June. 10th of June she notifies me Im approved and the laptops will be delivered by 14th of June. I also her to load additional data on my phone because my laptop broke and I could continue working while waiting and she insisted on me loading 50gigs data for R500,so I agreed. Since 14th she is not answering my calls and blocked me on whatsapp. Now customer care calls me and tells me sorry,cant get the laptops anymore must take a router. 6 days of work lost??? I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!! IM TAKING THIS FURTHER. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS PARTNER I WANT FOR MY BUSINESS
