*******ly debited my account for a service I cancelled.

The last time I dealt with CellC billing department, it took over a month to resolve my query. CellC has now gone and *******ly debited my account after I cancelled with them. I paid R949.00 for a service I’m not using.

Can someone please expedite and get this resolved.
