******* & Unauthorised debit orders
I had an account with Cell C and it ended in April and I notified 30 days as per rule. Now its July and I am still being debited with the original amount plus other amounts that I don't know about. I have had a problem of ******* debit orders for the past year and I have to keep reversing the amounts. Blocking does not work because they change the amounts and references.
I have asked for a letter of contract completion but they have never sent it. You spend 30 minutes trying to get clarity but no one sees anything everytime on their side.

Did you give notice for cancellation effective May?
The contract was cancelled on 30/06/2019. The payment for June was still due.
The amount of R 301.62 was received on 29/06/2019 and there will be no further debits for this account.

You debited R 2317 and R 301.62 same day. I have been reversing the other amounts I can send you my bank statements.
