******* subscriptions

Every month my cellular contract charges are over a thousand rand more than what they should be. This month they were over R2000 more. When I have enquired with Cell C before they told me they were unable to tell me what I was being billed for as I don not have itemised billing! Today, when I contacted them, they told me I was subscribed to several mobile entertainment sites that I have never heard of! These guys have each been charging me R35 per day! After doing some research, I see that they are all part of an umbrella company, Basebone. Basebone has been charging me up to R100 a day for something I never subscribed to, and Cell C allows them to do it! Cell C will not refund what I can only imagine is in the tens of thousands of rands... They instead gave me a code to dial into my phone and unsubscribe from 3 separate subscriptions. Is it me or is this blatant theft???
