I have been having a problem with cell c, they keep subscribing on something that I don’t even know . I only noticed this when my bill was way more than what I had to pay, when I view the invoice I saw something like content services. I called in several times asking what was that, they told me that there internet pop ups maybe I subscribed without noticing. I explained them that there has never been anything they still insisted that I did and gave me a number to dial to cancel and block these so called services, and just today I wake up to the same messages that I had been receiving before. It read thus: Reminder: “You are subscribed to Weird & Wacky Videos at R3/Daily. To cancel send stop wewac to 14788. Help: ***” I’ve never subscribed to this thing and when I was given that number to block these things I did and got a message to confirm that, only to find out even now the invoice is way above my bill. This is really sickening because I have been patient enough with cell c taking my money *******ly, I’m beginning to think they do this purposely just to milk money from me.
