******* spam calling in violation of POPI

I am not a Cell C customer and never have been. I have never provided my contact details to Cell C. Cell C calls me once every 1-2 months. Each time I indicate these calls are a violation of my privacy and that they have obtained my contact details *******ly and that I would like all my details scrubbed from their systems. Each time I am assured that I will not be contacted and then I am contacted again. This is unacceptable and ******* behaviour.
