I have had no communication since 04 August 2021. In absence of
1. your customer care line consultants refusing to account for a dispute resolution,
2. fibre support distancing themselves from resolution management,
3. this portal communication withholding information medium of communication for resolution,
4. with no reciprocated e-mail communication,
Note that you are notified and regard this as formal legal notification, in absence of a declared medium of communication, that I am proceeding with legal action where cell C will be liable for all legal fees incurred for both parties.

Ive done this already on the 4th August 2021, you are ridiculously and tidiously sending me in circles like your call centre.
I will wait for your formal communication on email(***)- on the way forward/a letter declaration of the ITC removal by end of business today 11 August 2021, of which failure will result in my legal team proceeding with legal action on 12 August 2021, of which action will not be exhaustive, and include claims for compensation on reputational damages.
