******* insurance debit orders

I cancelled my insurance policy last year already and to date l am still debited.

l call c surance line every month, they seem not to find my details on their system as my insurance policy was cancelled, how come l am still debited. l am promised month in month out that my problem will be resolved but to date nothing has happened.

Can l please be refunded for all the ******* debit orders you initiated on my account AND PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.

This is unacceptable.

You will receive your refund, as per the last feedback from CSurance they were going to confirm the refund date and they haven't provided yet but we will follow up with them then advise accordingly.
