******* handover of debt

My account was handed over to debt collectors whereas I had paid the last debit order of the contract. I am now called daily by debt collectors for R65 which was paid when I cancelled the contract. I have tried various interventions and an waiting for Cell C to go through their call reports to prove I cancelled the contract. I'm still waiting and suffering consequences of a *****ed credit record for R65.
