******* double debit!
Cell C, you are nothing short of *******. I have been a loyal customer for so many years. I can tell you as soon as my contract is finished I will 100000% be moving over to someone else. I have had nothing but problem after problem with you since December.
I called this morning to say I had been debited twice this month. Two different amounts. The lady said she could not pick up the one debit order on her side and I must phone my bank. I phoned my bank and they said for sure the two debit orders went off my account and they cannot understand how Cell C cannot see this. I have screenshots of both sms's I received from my bank saying Cell C debited my account twice. I want this money refunded! This is absolutely not ok!

Thank you for reaching out.
You were debited 2x as you have a contract activated January 2023 which this month it's first debit order went through.
The accounts are not inked it has it's own account code hence separate debits.
