To whom it my concern,

My name is Vuyolwethu Otto (ID no: ***)

On the 11th May 2021, my Cell C contract was terminated. I then asked multiple times how much am I owing on the account and I was told nothing - I was owning R0. Then early hours of this morning I received a debt order of R1008 when I was told multiple times I was not owning anything on the account.

Immediately after the contract got terminated I lost all the benefits. So what exactly did I pay for last night given that the contact was terminated and legally you cannot terminate a contract that is owning so meaning I did not owe anything.

I urgently need all the recordings that took place during the cancellation of my contract where I was told multiple times that I am not owing Cell C. The call took place during April and May 2021.
