I do not understand why Cell C cannot get things straight. Cell C has mistakenly placed me on a contract i did not want in April and after numerous calls and emails, it was finally resolved. Now last week ive received a statement stipulating they will be debiting my account for a data contract i do not have. Ive lodged a query for this on the 16 May and its the 19 May and no feedback. Every time calling in, they tell me they still investigating if a handset was giving to me? What HANDSET? you guys are billing me for a data contract!!!!!! All i want to know, will this debit be stopped? If not, i will be closing my bank account and paying EFT every month. All i need is feedback of this as i do not have a data contract with Cell C but yet you guys are taking money that is not yours. Im really tired of calling into the call center and speaking to people who argues with me over this mishap with Cell C.
