******* debit of money out my account

Hi<br> <br> Cell c has a call logged for cell c debiting money out of my account. It still continues to happen. I don't even have a cell c account can someone please assist me with this query as I do not have a cell c number to phone from and I am so desperate to stop this from happening. I have a reference number of ***. this has been happening since September and they are debiting up to R1700.00 per month.
