******* contract extension ****.
Cancellation ****. Cell C keeps charging us after a contractwith them has ended. They kept asking me if i wanted to extend it after the end date and i said no. I then found out they we still loading data (albeit less data) on my account and were still billing me. Apparently i must call and cancel the contract for it to end and so I called them and guess what, they are insisting my contract will end after thirty days meaning they will load data that i dont need again and try to debit my account. I have made it very clear that i dont need their data and that i am only willing to pay the data they loaded this month. As of next month i don't want their data anymore! I surely believe this is a **** and am going to take it forward with the regulators.
In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract canceled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
