******* CONTRACT CONVERSION
I signed up for a MONTH-TO-MONTH agreement with Cell C in December 2021. I have now been informed that they have unilaterally converted the Month-To-Month contract to a 24 month contract which by all account is *******. I have NOT consented to the conversion to a 24 month contract. The current offerings also stipulates Month-To-Month contracts which I'm afraid prospective clients will be trapped by signing for a MONTH-TO-MONTH deals. I would like to have this matter investigated and response received. My.number is: *** and email ***. This is ******* and not fair trade / customer practice. Cell C management please revert to me.
