******* cell-phone mast in residential area

Cell-C is in the process of erecting a cell phone mast in the heart of a residential area with NO notification to neighbours and NO calls for objection. This is underhand, ******* and is without question devaluing the surrounding properties. (It will also attract lightning too close for comfort to my thatch roof.) It needs to be taken down immediately please.
