******* blacklisting of cellphone

Cell C blacklisted my wife’s phone on the 25th of February reason given was for bad debt. My wife has never ever been a client of Cell C. After being sent from pillar to post we submitted an affidavit stating that she is not a Cell C client, infact the phone is on contract with MTN. We understand that they could have made a mistake with the IMEI number but the way this whole thing is being handled is appalling to say the least. My wife uses the phone for business and now is stuck without a phone. They are taking too long now to unblacklist her handset and this is unacceptable.
