******* black listing and contract acceptance

Please see my previous complaint. It's still not resolved.. no feedback given and the complaint person call me a ****... I'm dealing with this on behalf of Marius Israel, ID ***<br> as his representative as the contract was not accepted by him on delivery, we have a signed letter of the person who accepted it. U refuse to give us the calls of the sale of the contract, u refuse to send any the statements to me or the actual acceptance letter where u claim he accepted but he was not even at work, so someone accepted and signed on his behalf with out consent.Marius gave consent for everything to be dealt with by me, call him. U then black listed him *******ly with no written consent via registered post, no 30 days notice as per law... we want answers now, no more games. No FICA was done as he never signed and accepted the delivery, he has being fighting this from month 1 as he recalls the sale call as a top up contract for R100 and not an open line. Cell c is hiding there mess and does not want to give the evidence we requested and if that's the case this time again, I ensure the NCC and CPA will have a field day..
