******* Billing? Foreign Debit Order?

On 07/12/2012 a former friend took out a contract with Cell C under his name for me. The monthly payment for the contract was put under my bank acc. details, thus I was paying the contract for the next 2 years. <br> On the 07/12/2014 the contract was not renewed. The final installment amount was at the end of December.<br> <br> Since the end of Nov'14, Cell C has been deducting an additional amount of R256.00 from my bank account, on top of my monthly installment. They did it again end Dec'14 and again end Jan'15.<br> I want to know what this amount is. What am I being charged for? There is nothing on his monthly bill that I get emailed that relates to this amount. <br> I haven't spoken to the former friend in weeks and cannot get hold him. Neither can Cell C.<br> Because I am not the account holder of the contract, Cell C cannot assist me.<br> I am left to make assumptions and I assume that my former friend has not been paying his own contract and as my bank details are on file and were used as a Third Party account for MY cell number/contract, Cell C thought they could simply just take his installments from me. As far as I am concerned this is *******. I have not granted any permission!
