******* activation of extra products

they have activated me on their extra product called get more services without my consent and has since been debiting my account from April to August. i did call them in July and spoke to the manager Omita Perumal to raise my concern , was assured that the product would be deactivated and and i would be refunded with 5working days. Now its end of August and i still haven't received anything but they debited my account again. no one calls to update me or anything i'm the one that has to call in to follow up. its just not right..
