Ilegal deductions from my bank accout.
Had a R129 data contract with Cell C that ended end of August. Cell C phoned me for upgrade and I stated I don't want to continue do to bad reception in our area. They asked me to if they should convert SIM to prepaid for further use. I said yes. Since then they have been trying to deduct R320 at the end of each month fro my account that I stopped. Today they tried to deduct R627.27 that I stopped again. I have tried to stop this with many calls and agents with no success. Stop trying to *******ly deduct money from my account. 24 month contract is for 24months and does not mean increased payments after that. I will never use them again after this.
