Ignoring my mails, still not sorted - line blocked because Cell C tries to ***** my money

I have been complaining since end of April 2017 - July - June - and now again - Hi I complained on Hello Peter the first time because I stopped my account with Cell C after its 2 year period and after cancellation and confirming cancellation they again deducted the amount , this was 5 months ago ... all-right the saga - I then got a call from a rude CSC consultant telling me that they will only refund half - Mean while I accepted one offer from them which is 33 rand a month. Okay so I get refunded half - next month comes they deduct 133 expect for 33 as agreed on a recorded line , o yes they are unwilling to send me recordings BTW - I complain again - a helpful lady calls me well seemed helpful but didn't do **** apparently - told me that they have to deduct the amount the last time in august then it will be R33 - okay well I also asked every time that the debit order date be changed to the 25th which wasn't done - so I left it okay after the 25 of august the last amount supposed to go off what the hell for I dunno went off and I blocked their debit for 133 - coz they are taking money for nothing - okay now they tried taking it again - sends me messages that they will block my number - please stop trying to ***** my money - take your service which sucks and stick it up where the sun doesn't shine coz nobody in your company can do their job properly - go listen to your call recordings

I was called without facts again after i asked that they get all the recordings and then call me back, no the person calling me is also so *********** that they cannot have their facts straight before trying to bull**** me --- is this the way you treat your customers? I've been with Cell C 7 years and now that my contract ended and i don't want to renew it im being treated like this my line is blocked after i cancelled my service with them and asked that the deductions be corrected, because I got tired of them that doesn't listen and keep taking my money i blocked that specific debit order, now what - they don't give a **** - im asking for the call recordings to take this legal and im being ignored!!!!
