Ignoring Client Request on cancellation

<p>Took out a cell phone contract with Cell C in 2013 and this was a 24 month contract that expired in 2015. </p> <p>When it came to the time that the contract needed to be ended and Cell C called me to confirm whether i would like to continue or if i want to cancel, i confirmed for cancellation.<br />This instruction was ignored and after calling 3 or more times i was assured by their agents that it will be cancelled. Im still being debited after i specifically asked to the contract to be cancelled. My money is being taken from me and i have to keep my car full petrol and food on my family's table and i cant do that because Cell C is ignoring my instructions after i asked and pleaded with them to cancel the contract because i do not want to continue with it anymore!!! </p> <p>I am very dissapointed in Cell C and i will not reccommend them to anyone! they are too quick to sign you up for a contract but when it needs t be cancelled or discontinued it doesnt happen because money is the root of all EVIL!!! </p>
