Ignored Repeated Requests to Cancel My Contract

My contract ended in July, and I immediately called Cell C to cancel. I made it clear that I am not interested in an upgrade. Instead of assisting me, I was questioned about my decision and pressured to upgrade — which I declined.

Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails (at least four) requesting cancellation, and even messaged them on Facebook, but I’ve been completely ignored. No response, no confirmation, nothing.

This is unacceptable. I simply want my contract cancelled. I do not want an upgrade, and I do not want to continue with Cell C. Please respect my decision and cancel my contract.
