Ignored for over a week - Still looking for help

Its been an entire week and Cell C still has not given me any type of feedback on a ********** contract order that was taken out in my name.

I sent them all the details they asked for and two follow up mails and every single one of queries have been ignored.

I have called their call center over 15 times since then, some consults can view information and some cant (which is ridiculous) .

They quickly processed a ********** account but refuse to help the actual victim fix the issue
