Ignorance I

<p>I had a contract with cell C for 2 years,which I paid in full by March of 2016,Before the cancellation of my contract earlier this year,I asked for all the amount I need to pay before the last payment & it was explained and I paid all that was due as they explained.in May I recieved an email which was my statement ,which monies that need to be paid,I was confuse because its been a month already,I paid all my instalments in full every month.after all that I called cell C ABOUT 2 weeks ago for some clarity,I spoke to one of their agents & I was advised by him CELL C need to refund me that was his translation of the statement,He advised me that this will be resolved for within 3 days of work days,weeks went past nothing was done.I called again the case was sent to all your departments but still no solution,I am being sent around like a headless chicken,I followed up with the case today,I was told the case was closed & I was not informed about it.CELL C YOU ARE ONE BUILL**** OF A COMPANY,I WOULD HAVE RENEWED MY CONTRACT WITH YOU BUT YOUR SERVICE IS SICKENING.this was my case number ***, this is my 2nd case number ***.I need some clarity with someone clever in the field of payments.</p>
