Ignorance and incompitence
Cell C is the most *********** company I ever have to deal with. They fail to even respond to a simple email when I have complained. All they want is to drag my name through ITc black list my name and yet I have made payments but they are failing to allocate payments

03 Feb 2021, 15:54How many times should i send? 14th January 2021 i complained on this platform i was asked to send the proof of payments, after sending there is no follow up but you acknowledged that you recieved the proof of payments. Do you guys enjoy playing games with people's credit life's? Its degrading and annoying because you pretend to be solving problems when your actually doing nothing.
