IF YOU'RE USING CELL C RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN

Cell c customer service is useless rather shut it as now my phone has been missing for more than a month and I wanted to perform a sim swap as my phone has 2 Sims but MTN did came through for me with swim swap and with CELL C they are telling me that I must go to the cell c store for assistance in sim swap and i passed those questions they ask when applying for sim swap and when i call to ask that its been 3days and the guy is still using my number they just said it said you must to the cell c store but it's written on their sim card that they can help and now as I told them that I can't go to the cell c store as it's fat from where I am I don't have money they just say SORRY so if this guy applies for credit or use my sim card cos his Zimbabwean whose going to be liable for as I Rica that sim card , So I am here to warn people about cell c you can buy their sim card at pep but when you need help you will have to go look for them but as for me and family we are leaving this NETWORK cos clearly they don't care about their customers
