I have a contract of R329 with Cell C, last month they debited me R1 933 and when I called they confirmed they incorrectly debited me and had to reverse and pay the right amount manually. They informed me that payment was received and allocated, today they debited me R1 036 instead of R329, when I call I'm told its incorrect and I even have a credit of R500 for the previous month overcharge. Every month I must spend over 1 hour of my time sorting cell c issues and doing reversals - this is unacceptable and destroying my bank score with reversals. This is what I get after over 10 years of loyalty with many contracts that I took with Cell C, guys you are warned plz think twice before making any commitment with Cell C
