If you don't Upgrade with Cell C they block your Number
I have recently finished paying up my 4 years contract with Cell C, they tried to get me to upgrade but i refused. Ever since rejecting the upgrade and opting for Prepaid, i am struggling extremely with network issues. I most of the time cannot get calls, i myself struggle to surf the net or receive messages. So it tells me basically i was suppose to upgrade to remain their client, failing to do so they have terminate my service. I am very disappointed after being with cell C for more than 5 years.

04 Nov 2022, 12:21Yes you may, i called the call centre to assist they have sent me steps to try and fix the network it still doesnt work.
My concern is why does it happen after the contract ends? How come does it become so coincidental? I never had this issue before
