If you are NOT a Cell C customer you are in better hands.

Worst cell service ever, don't use their app or their customer care. I paid my account on their app and the payment does reflect on my bank statement but they keep telling me to pay my account. The customer service agent is useless not capable to help any customers. She treats me like a idiot. Then also dont try to change any details on your account because it will not happen. I have changed from banks but this is imposible for them to understand.
