If you are considering Cell C for your telephonic needs, do yourself a favour and DON’T!

Where to start, Cell C staff takes action without thinking, a simple request of shifting a contract package from one number to another, maintaining all other details turned into the staff cancelling the working number, and removed it from service, my clients no longer have any means to contact me. Despite being assured of a call back there has been no action on Cell C’s side and now I now have to use a borrowed phone to try and sort this mess out, the call centre was less than helpful, they simply transferred the call to a “different branch” of the call centre where we have been holding for over an hour, wasting the call minutes of a borrowed phone, and wasting time for the incompetence of the Cell C staff and, MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED, my clients have no means of contacting me, and my income is now jeopardised. Cell C makes it impossible to ditch the drowning ship as they white knuckle the contract and cancellation terms, instead of providing a customer service that would encourage their clients to stay. There as always a hollow apology for the inconvenience, however the time and funds wasted, as well as the loss of income has not been addressed or compensated. There is no care for the clients that work hard for the money to pay for the useless service.
